Midwives are hard to find and harder to keep. We help you do both, midwife to midwife.
What we do
Our senior midwife gets to know your program first: your volumes, your call, your physicians and your culture. Then she helps recruit, midwife to midwife: sourcing candidates, writing the role and interviewing. Because new midwives in small units need someone to call, she stays on as their mentor through the first year. You make the hire. We help you find the right person and keep them.
Recruiting Support is its own service line. You can buy it with or without a program build. Any coverage we provide while you hire is a separate locum engagement.
